Features

Six rule types. One predictable pass.

Turn on any combination — they always run in the same order (find/replace → case → metadata → prefix/suffix → date → numbering) so results stay predictable. File extensions are never touched by any rule.

Find & replace

Find & replace

Finds a piece of text in the current filename and swaps it for something else. Turn on Regex if "Find" should be a pattern instead of literal text. Case-sensitive is off by default.

Combine everything

All six rules, one file, one pass

Real example from testing: find/replace (seq_load_) + prefix (TEST1000_) + sequential numbering (start 1, padding 4, at start) — applied to a single file in one operation.

Before anything changes

Preview shows every result, color-coded

Blue — this name will change
Gray — nothing to do, not an error
Red — couldn't be renamed (permissions, deleted)

Only clicking Apply rename writes anything to Drive. Every batch you apply is then saved to history with sample old → new names, so you can undo the last 20 batches with one click.
